B12+MIC for weight loss?

Anyone taking B12+MIC to help their metabolism while using RS? I've heard good things about it. A person on this forum suggested a specific source but I'm not naming them. I'm avoiding the telehealth route because of the high cost and subscription model. Any thoughts/experiences/suggestions welcome.

MIC B12 or lipo C didn't help me lose fat at all. But the B12 did ease the nausea and tiredness from tirz.

I've been on Lipo B and Lipo C for over 2 months now, and I think I've noticed a change. I'm also using tirz. I started Lipo B because I was super tired and needed some energy. I think Lipo B is MIC and B12. I think it's helped me lose weight and I don't have extra skin. I've lost almost 50 pounds in 4 months. I think the B vitamins helped.

I'm a nurse and I give Lipo B12 shots at a medspa. It’s the most popular shot we offer. I’ve had them myself many times. I only saw weight loss when I started a GLP-1. If your doctor says you need B12, great, it can help with energy. But don’t waste your money just for weight loss. MIC and Lipo are the same thing.

This has been my experience as well. B12 for energy, but not really a weight loss thing on its own.

I'm curious, has anyone tried sermorelin as an alternative to the shots? I've read about troches that dissolve under the tongue. Supposedly, it's a newer delivery method. I wonder if it's as effective?

That's interesting. I've only heard of nasal sprays. I didn't think peptides like that could be taken orally.

I looked into Dihexa a while back. Seemed interesting but also a bit experimental. I read some stuff about potential effects on cancer cells, so I decided to pass. Not sure if the cognitive benefits are worth the risks.

I also saw something about Angiotensin IV having cognitive benefits. Any thoughts?
