B12 with your GLP-1? Anyone?

I've seen some places combine B12 with GLP-1 meds. I usually mix mine with bacteriostatic water, but I'm curious if anyone has tried using B12 in the same injection? I'm looking to get a little energy boost.

That makes sense. Most of the ones I've seen doing it are at med-spa type places, so they probably get it from compounding pharmacies. Thanks!

I've noticed that, too. Some clinics and compounding pharmacies add B12 when preparing GLP-1 meds, claiming it helps with energy levels or reduces nausea. From what I've gathered, B12 doesn't interfere with how the GLP-1 works, and could be a good add-on if your B12 is low or you are feeling tired.

I prefer to keep them separate. I use intramuscular injections for B12, mainly because it absorbs better. Subcutaneous works if your B12 isn't super low, but splitting them, especially with reta, is best.

I've heard some people have success with peptides like ipamorelin for weight loss. Has anyone tried those instead of, or with, GLP-1s?

I tried Ipamorelin/CJC for a couple of years with little subjective benefit. My IGF-1 was never boosted, and honestly I felt nothing. It mainly just lightened my wallet.

Just a heads up for anyone on blood pressure meds: I saw a warning about hydrochlorothiazide potentially interacting with semaglutide. Might be worth checking with your doctor. I'm on it for hypertension, so I'm going to ask about it.

Good call. Drugs.com says it's a moderate interaction and to just monitor your glucose levels.

If your glucose levels are okay, I wouldn't stress too much about the hydrochlorothiazide interaction.

i've been taking peptides and thinking about switching my protocol. wondering if combining them in one vial is easier than managing two separate ones, especially if i'm doing daily dosing.

i use 30 cal ammo cans for storage (got most on half off). keep reconstitution supplies in a toolbox & move it around. super organized that way.

Used both. ACD is fine for nootropics but works better stacked. Semax acetyl hits way stronger—I take it with morning coffee. Selank acetyl in the evening helps me chill before bed. Both solid peptides.

Hospira BAC water already has the preservative in it, though by now it's probably not doing much. Wouldn't touch anything that expired 13 years ago though lol. Makes me think I should go through my mother-in-law's pantry—found spices and mystery powders in there from 40+ years ago. Her take? 'Unopened means still good.' Sure, Jan.

had someone clone a vendor — same tests, pics, reviews, address, but totally different prices. got pushy about payment when I questioned it. I contacted the real vendor and they confirmed the knockoff.

reverse peptide calculator might help. i usually go 2-3ml of bac water unless it's a spicy peptide like nad or glutathione—those need way more dilution. exceptions exist, like vip that doses super small at like 50mcg. for normal peps i aim for about 20 units per dose so measuring's easier.

Wasn't even gonna buy any until I realized I had enough in Venmo to order right now. I buy €50–100 in PYUSD weekly — takes 5–6 days to clear. Venmo balance usually forgotten for months so impulse-buys are rare.
