BAC expiration date...really?

So, they say BAC is good for, like, 3 years unopened, but only a month once you pop the top. I've heard the peptides might start losing their mojo after that. I know a bunch of you have pushed it past those limits, especially with all the BAC issues lately. I'm thinking of stocking up, but I don't want to waste it all if it goes bad. Anyone got stories about how long you've used it for?

Honestly, I don't think there's any solid research on this. The companies slap on a conservative expiration date and that's that. I'm less worried about it than I used to be. I'll toss an open bottle after 3-4 months. Unopened, I'd guess 5 years is safe, maybe push it to 7, but definitely not a decade... unless I totally forget and it's been 20! I keep my unopened stuff in a case, probably overkill, but who knows?

Speaking of peptide experience, I'm looking at GHRP-2 and Sermorelin. My doc suggested it since I'm not seeing much change from TRT, even with a solid routine. Anyone have experience with GHRP2 dosing specifically? Like, how much water to mix in?

It depends on the vial size, but you really want to consider the syringe you're using when you reconstitute. It's easier to measure a larger volume of liquid, if that makes sense. I definitely struggled with that at first, measuring out .01 ml on a syringe - it's so hard to be precise!

I'm also on TRT, but only a tiny dose. I'm a skinny dude and barely changing even with good workouts. Should I up the T before messing with peptides?

That's what I was thinking! I've heard peptides are kinda subtle, especially compared to tweaking your T dose.

Found some old boxes of pins and sterile vials still wrapped up in a cupboard. No expiration stamps on them. Probably 15 years old. Tossing them but curious - how long do they actually last and what breaks down? The rubber top part?
