Back/hip pain on Tirz - anyone else?

Hey everyone, new here! Been on Tirz since last fall, and was really hoping I'd see the inflammation improvements that others are experiencing. I'm not convinced it's related, but my doc can't see me till next month.

Pretty sure it's arthritis acting up. I've been digging around the forum for similar stuff, but if anybody has dealt with joint pain using peptides, I'd love to hear about it!

Haha, I wish my username was something cooler!

I had three surgeries to fix hernias and kept having pain. Like a punch in the gut! Basically was told I'd need to manage it. But a few months after starting Tirz, the pain faded!

Tirz helped with my wonky hip by calming down the inflammation. I've been using KPV for my back, and it seems to be working. I tried the glow protocol over the summer, but saw no real change in pain, but KPV is helping. Not sure if it's that alone, or how it is working with the BPC-157 in the glow protocol.

I can relate. I've had a similar ache for years! Thought it was a hernia, but no tests show anything. If I exercise, it's like a knockout blow to the groin, and that pain sticks around for days. I sympathize.

I've been on Tirz since last year and I'm dealing with the exact same thing! Feels like arthritis, but it gets worse a day or two after my injection. I've read it might be antibodies to the Tirz, and it should eventually stop happening. Someone said it went away when their dose went up. Seeing that you've been on it longer is discouraging. Forgot to add I ordered BPC157/TB500 to see if I can get some relief. Waiting for it now.

I read a tip somewhere and it helped almost instantly! I was already drinking lots of water, but now I'm adding electrolytes to every glass. Woke up without any pain the next day, first time in months. Pinch of sea salt and some lemon drops in every glass of water really helped.

Never tried any peptides other than Tirz, been on it for awhile. Dropped around 50 pounds from my highest weight.
I had back/hip problems for about 20 years until I went to physical therapy. Helped a lot, even though I was skeptical. Losing weight and less inflammation has improved things even more. Too late for my meniscus though, it's pretty much gone.

I'm 38, and been dealing with this since I was teenager. I was just diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis last year. Been on tirz for a year with no anti-inflammatory help. My blood markers were pretty high when I got tested. Now I'm on a biologic to slow progression, and it's helping my bloodwork, but the pain relief is inconsistent. I'm curious about BPC157/TB500, but I'm not that convinced it would help arthritis, and I'm not sure I can afford it very long.

The BPC/TB mix fixed my ankle issues! Worth a try. Pretty cheap on the secondary market. Got some trial vials before buying kits.

Okay, so not peptide-related, but I work as an acupuncturist IRL. I treat back and hip pain all day. If you're near a bigger city, there's likely community acupuncture places where people get treated in a shared space for cheap.

Check out your bed setup.

1) Less weight means less padding
2) Weight is distributed differently now
3) Your old mattress might have molded to your old body.

I like a firm bed, but my hips started to hurt since I'm thinner and a side sleeper. Adding some more padding fixed it.

Arthritis is a real possibility, and staying active helps me keep from getting too stiff. I've also heard of BPC-157 or TB-500 for pain, but I haven't tried them myself.
