Back/hip pain on Tirz - anyone else?

Never heard of that particular combo, @Lab_Lurker. I've only heard of Ipamorelin paired with Sermorelin.

I've read that Ipamorelin is pretty effective on its own for boosting IGF-1 and muscle pumps without the hunger pangs of some other GHRPs. Might be worth looking into before stacking.

I'm thinking of trying it. I've been using Trimix, but sometimes have trouble finishing the job.

Be careful where you get it from. There are some reputable compounding pharmacies that are more reliable. If you can get Vyleesi, that might be better than PT-141.

Had that exact problem with a couple vials from the same batch. Started strong with one, then switched and nothing worked. Swapped back to the original and got the appetite control again. Don't know what happened but definitely noticed the difference.

Seven needles each week for me. Diabetics do this constantly. Not a big concern really - my former back issues were far more painful than five weekly pokes. Plus the shot does sting sometimes.

Yeah, the appetite suppression can wear off after a bit on that dose. When mine did I realized it wasn't working as well anymore and the scale stopped moving.

took some for tattoo discomfort and it brought heart rate down too. went back up about 10 bpm when i stopped.

KLOW made a real difference for my back pain. Used to hurt just doing dishes. Knee pain is still there but the back is way better now.

If hunger and consistency are your main struggles, semaglutide or tirzepatide can help a lot—they cut appetite and make a calorie deficit way easier to stick with. Tirzepatide usually gives a bit more loss and stronger appetite control; semaglutide's got a longer track record. Sides are similar, mostly during dose bumps. Pick what you can afford and stay with—consistency is what counts long term.

my CPAP machine's adjusted all the way down to 4cm and i'm sleeping better than in ages. crazy thing is i'm still 25 lbs above the weight where i first got OSA — which might mean tirz is helping beyond just the weight loss

The GI trio of pain, burps, and gas tends to settle by month 2-3. Back pain specifically is less predictable on tirz.

The pain from this stuff can be really rough. I've been dealing with similar issues for months now, even tried stopping for a while but it didn't help. Back on a lower dose and still looking for answers - you're not alone in this!

The inflammation reduction on Tirz is well-documented and tends to show up faster than the scale movement - joint pain that's been present for years often clears up in the first few months, which is part of why the NSAID need drops.
