tirz working that well for 8 months and then insurance forcing the switch to sema is the frustrating version of a story a lot of people here know. sema maintaining is actually a decent outcome from that forced change - it could have been a full reversal. getting back to something that worked or finding a path to the goal from 215 is the right next question. what's the plan going in this time?
