At 2 mg I got psychiatric side effects. Dropping to 1.75 mg fixed things almost right away, and lowering caused me no trouble.

Bad thoughts on Ozempic?

No idea, though my doctor is someone I can ask. I just learned Ozempic can slow how other meds get absorbed, and I wonder if that's part of why my depression has gotten worse lately, since my antidepressants might not be working as well.

Trintellix at 20mg and Pristiq at 150mg are among my meds (plus a bunch more), and ozempic has caused me zero problems. Really sorry it hit you so hard, that must be frustrating.
