Bad weeks happen! Back on track 💪

It's so easy to be hard on myself after a couple of off weeks... but then I remember how far I've come. It's all about balance and keeping things in moderation! Was over 300 lbs, now around 175 lbs.

It's wild how much harder we judge ourselves compared to other people. We're so much kinder and understanding towards others, and we need to extend that to ourselves, too. I've been feeling down on myself this past month, even though I've dropped around 10 pounds. But when I was going through it, I didn't feel like I was making any headway.

You've come so far! And even if you aren't where you want to be yet, the journey continues. Just keep going!

I'm so happy for you, and you should be proud of your progress. You're making amazing changes! You got this!

Amazing, you look like a new person. Great message about moderation and balance. I've lost about 180 lbs in 16 months with the same approach.

Just a heads up based on something I saw elsewhere -- rapid weight loss can sometimes lead to hair loss, so be sure you're getting enough nutrients and protein!

It's so weird how you can lose weight and not even notice it yourself. I saw someone saying they'd lost almost 40lbs and couldn't see the difference! Other people noticed before they did.
