Badge Photo Update!

Okay, so the first pic is from summer '21. I actually packed on more pounds *after* that, all the way until the end of '24. The second pic? That's Feb '25, almost three months into prioritizing my well-being. And the last was snapped just recently, after I reached my goal weight!
 
Hey everyone! So, I told the HR folks, 'I need a new employee ID.'

HR: Did you misplace your current badge?

Me: 'Nope, didn't lose the badge. Just lost a whole lot of *me*. Don't quite resemble that photo anymore, haha.'

I'm feeling healthier, too!
 
Thanks, everyone, for the supportive comments! I appreciate them so much. To answer some FAQs:

  • I didn't stick to any strict diet, which is awesome. You can enjoy food, just watch portions and keep a calorie deficit.
  • I've lost around 80 pounds.
  • And yes, GLP-1s like Ozempic work better for some, including me.
  • I stopped tracking my exact current weight because it became obsessive. Focus on feeling good!
