Rocking my swimsuit at the pool, and I couldn't be happier! I'm done caring what anyone thinks. Feeling fantastic about myself and what I've achieved. Putting myself out there wasn't easy, but I'm doing it. Maybe it's my age talking, but I'm down 55+ pounds!

Time for those bathing suits! You got this!

I wore a tank top to the gym! Does that count? I'm definitely enjoying the expanded wardrobe choices, and your video made me smile. Love your attitude!

I absolutely love this! I can't wait to feel that confident! I still have a way to go, but seeing posts like this helps me keep a positive attitude! Slay, queen!

This gives me so much hope! I've dropped about 35 pounds since summer. It's slow, but I'm getting there. I still struggle with seeing myself differently, but

I hear you about the body image thing. I've lost almost 170 pounds overall and I STILL catch myself thinking "I shouldn't be able to fit into this". It's wild how the mind works! But I'm definitely enjoying being able to get up off the floor without struggling now!

dropped 35 pounds on sema in 2024 after having my second kid. went from 200 to under 165 in five months. then got pregnant with number three, gained it all back. started again seven weeks ago—four weeks at 0.25, three at 0.5—and barely anything yet. all the food noise is still there. wondering if it'll ever kick in like before.
