Hi everyone! Started at a much higher weight and have dropped a huge amount over eighteen months, last dose stepped down from the previous amount since my new weight has shifted how the medication affects me. Struggling to hold anything solid down lately, losing close to a pound daily which has taken a real toll physically and mentally. Know I've landed on the more extreme end of the overdose spectrum for this medication class, and because of that my doctor thinks stopping entirely makes sense. Has anyone dealt with something like an overdose situation, or found success keeping the lifestyle changes going after coming off? Family's been supportive, but I also caught a bug that came home from school with my sibling plus my cycle hitting at the same time, and the combination has been brutal, genuinely debating whether to keep pushing through this journey or just accept being unhappy with less physical pain.
