Belly fat BE GONE!

I can't believe the change. Like, I've had a gut forever. You know, it runs in the family. My grandma had one, and she ended up with some serious health issues. I was terrified of ending up like her. But get this, I looked in the mirror yesterday and...it's almost flat! Back in Sept '23, I had about 65 pounds of fat in my midsection. Now it's down to 25 lbs! My visceral fat score went from a scary 19 to a much healthier 8. Just wanted to share to encourage everyone who's just beginning. Stick with it! 💪

Dude, your grandma would be tripping out if she saw you now! That gut is history! Seriously, you're a rockstar. Visceral fat got owned. 👏

That's an amazing change! You're looking fantastic!

It also makes me think about how much this could have helped my own family members. My uncle struggled with his weight his whole adult life, developed diabetes, and now has cognitive decline – which this medication is being investigated for preventing. It's awful, and it pushes me to do all I can to make the most of this chance. It's like we can rewrite our family history. 😭

I'm so, so, so happy for you. 💞

I'm so proud of you! You look amazing 😍😍 Did you do a ton of crunches to get rid of the belly fat? I'm 52, and I've lost about 40 lbs this past year, but I haven't been doing a lot of exercise – I know I should! I've got that menopause tummy thing going on, and even though it's smaller now, it's still there. I'm hoping to lose another 15-20, but I've hit a wall and I'm not sure what to do. I can't do hardcore workouts because of back problems from a couple of spinal surgeries.
😔

I started Mounjaro almost 2 months ago, lost 12 lbs. But I can't eat anything. I'm 40 now, was 195 and now I’m 183 but I've had 2 C-sections, and I still have a flabby belly regardless. How do you guys manage to eat on this stuff? I can barely stomach anything. I force myself sometimes because I start feeling weak and drained.

This is great...thanks for sharing this...I'm dealing with the belly overhang too and still need to drop another 20 or so lbs... Your journey and your post was such an encouragement! Keep up the great work!
