Hey everyone,

I've been lurking here forever. I'm finally ready to take the plunge.

Does anyone have a reliable overseas source for reta/tirz or cagri? Or even point me to a few sources and how best to contact them? I'm completely new to this.

There are dedicated areas on this board for sourcing. Dig around, use the search function, and look up the various names being thrown around. Then, reach out to them through their contact info, usually on messaging apps. Ask for price sheets and, more importantly, ask to see their certificate of analysis, or COA. If you don’t know what a COA is, do some research first.

Just a heads up, Tesamorelin is FDA-approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. The brand name version is Egrifta, but it's super expensive... think thousands per month. It's probably cheaper to just get on growth hormone if you're looking for similar effects.

Yeah, I saw that about Egrifta, Nikki_92. Crazy expensive! I was hoping one of the research chem companies might carry tesamorelin for less. If anyone knows of any legit suppliers, please share!

I've been using a compounded tirzepatide for a while now, and I just heard about the crackdown on compounded versions. My provider is offering combos with different additives. Anyone have experience with tirzepatide plus niacinamide, glycine, or B vitamins?

I'd be wary of those added ingredients n-of-1. Stick with plain tirzepatide if you can find it. Less chance of weird interactions or side effects. Make sure you verify the source!
