Big vial benefit?

Totally agree! The first time I used semaglutide, I took tiny doses from a pharmacy-compounded bottle for months after it was supposed to be expired, and it still worked great. Spoilage is riskier than potency loss, so if you're sterile, I wouldn't worry about using a vial for a couple of months.

I just bought 50mg reta vials, which will last me and my wife for about 3.5 months at our current doses. I don't expect any problems.

I agree about GLP-1s.

But I've noticed that NAD+ loses its 'spiciness' after a month or so. It still worked, but not with the same 'wow' factor. It was in a dark-glass vial in a fridge we barely use, and I didn't always take it on the same days. So it was maybe week 5. I was reasonably careful, no shaking or dropping. The next vial (from the same kit) showed that the first one had lost something.

If companies ship prefilled pens of sema/tirz, we're probably fine for a few months. I still have Reta from August (haven't taken any since), but I'm not sure what my tolerance is.

I bought two 20mg kits without thinking, and now I realize I have enough to last for ages if it stays good, LOL. I got someone else to start too, but with the small starting doses plus my .5 when I'm stacking with tirz, I probably won't even finish one. Lesson learned!

I feel you on this one. I'm still on the baby dose and losing a ton of weight. I'm going to be stuck on a dose of 0.25mg for what feels like forever based on what my doctor said.

I've heard that the lowest possible dose is the best! If you're still losing weight, why increase it? Are you doing any strength training?

I'd love to stay on point-25 as long as possible. I've only been on it a short bit, but it's working great and I'm afraid of side effects if I increase too fast. You know?

I'm doing the microdosing thing these days. Down to 0.25mg every couple weeks. Keeps the food noise away!

That's awesome! If it's still working, that's all that matters. Have you thought about stopping completely to see if you can maintain without it?

right now it's just Tesa. thinking of stacking Mots-C and maybe Ipamorelin since they work well together. skipping pure HGH—feel like Tesa alone is enough.

Vial cap sizing varies by brand. Standard 10mg vials typically take 13mm caps - worth confirming the diameter before ordering.
