Big vial worries?

40-50mg vials work over 2-3 months if stored correctly. Core protocol: reconstitute in BAC water, refrigerate immediately, date the vial. Some people split into smaller aliquots at reconstitution to limit draws from the main vial - each draw is a contamination risk.

A 50mg vial at 2.5mg weekly is about 5 months of supply - lyophilized powder holds for 12+ months unopened. The actual limit is post-mix shelf life (28-30 days), so reconstituting small batches rather than the whole vial is the right approach.

How long does a large vial typically last for you? Considering picking one up for my wife too. Usual dosing range I've seen mentioned runs somewhere between 100 and 200mg every other day.

Sharing the same vial across my husband, son, and myself works out well. On my own I'd never get through a bigger vial in any reasonable timeframe, but split three ways it's great. I end up prepping the syringes for everyone since they can't be bothered to learn the process themselves.

With tirz there's already trial data floating around at 20 and 25mg weekly, so it's not as far fetched as it sounds. That said, splitting or sharing reconstituted vials does make sense too.
