Bikini body after sema?

Started at 275, currently at 199. Began Wegovy around March '24 at 270. Then transitioned to Ozempic in November because of availability issues. Was on 2.4 of Wegovy, now on 2.0 Ozempic, the highest dosage. Only lost about 10 lbs since New Year's, so it's slowed down a bit. But I'm still losing inches!

Wow, great job!! I'm at 190, down from 265 after having my baby and I just feel confident enough to think about wearing a bikini again. My weight loss has slowed a ton since reaching 200. It seems like my body wants to stay around that weight. Congrats to you!

I hear you! My body is the same way, it likes to plateau. Keep going though, you got this! Maybe try changing up your workout routine?

I also had to switch because of supply issues! Did you notice any difference when you switched? I feel like Wegovy worked a little better for me.

I kinda feel the same, Wegovy felt stronger. But maybe it's just because my body is getting used to the meds in general now? Who knows! Still happy with the progress.

My coworker went on this same journey and had to go to Turkey to get some excess skin removed. She looks like a totally different person!

It's been a minute since my last update. My partner snapped an after photo at our place yesterday. He said, 'You're looking thin now!' All I see are my thighs and calves though. I'm working with a therapist on this. Really am happy. Just tend to be tough on my own appearance generally, so it might not be just body image stuff. Anyway, I'm starting strength training next month.
