BMI finally in normal range!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
this one's tricky since it's so personal. bmi works reasonably well for most people who aren't extremely short or super athletic. it's common for someone who's carried extra weight their whole life to assume they're supposed to stay in that overweight range, or to feel like anything under 25 is too low for them. that's usually not accurate from a physical health standpoint though. plenty of regular folks would genuinely benefit from landing in the healthy bmi zone. still, everyone should pick a target that feels right for their situation, it's complicated because distorted thinking about weight tends to be in the mix. my own goal is staying under 25, ideally dead center of that healthy range, then shifting focus toward just eating well and staying active rather than chasing a number.
