Can hardly believe this. After nine months of nerve pain from surgery, worst when lying on that side or just during the day generally, it's basically gone after starting bpc. How does that even work? Barely started it and wasn't expecting results this fast. Originally pinned it near the knee for knee pain, never saw this coming at all. Really hoping it holds, because if it does, this is a genuine lifesaver.

Anyone else have a recovery story like this from bpc?

Chronic pain's come up here a bit before, along with which peptides might actually help manage it. Feels like that particular ship has sailed for me at this point though! Lost around 400 lbs total, and edging into my fifties following decades of standing shifts inside factory floors has genuinely worn my body down. Tried practically every peptide protocol out there, physical therapy, gym work, cupping, dry needling, scraping, every questionable pain gel imaginable, and none of it makes a dent anymore. Sitting at fourteen surgeries with more probably coming, the neck's deteriorating and I suspect nerve involvement might be entering the picture as well. Migraines and pressure points are barely under control now, likely heading toward dedicated migraine medication plus cosmetic injections before too long. There's a platelet-rich procedure scheduled in my cervical spine next month, hoping it either slows the decline or reverses part of it. My physician thinks this treatment could wipe the issue out entirely, or at minimum keep it far more manageable for a good stretch of years going forward. Should it pan out, the lumbar region and a few additional joints could end up getting the same treatment down the line. Walked out of that appointment feeling genuinely optimistic once he brought up my tirzepatide use near the end. Mentioned casually that a wellness clinic supplied it and that the compound's honestly been remarkable. That's when he mentioned

Really impressive, the difference really shows!

Can't offer motivation tips, but here's something on managing injury and pain: went through a bad accident three years back that left lasting damage to how I move and how much pain I carry, permanent, so it's something I navigate around every day. My job demands a lot physically, so I had to budget every scrap of movement just to earn a living, and worrying about pain kept me from stirring even when nothing required it, down to simply turning over in bed. So exercise for myself kept getting shoved to the side. Three years on, the pain's turning less constant and that dread is fading, so I only just picked exercise back up this past week.

My re-entry approach:
-Breaking workouts into five-minute stretches. Feels way less overwhelming, almost anyone can grind through five minutes. Doing three or four rounds a day, tacking on another five-minute block every couple weeks.

-Sticking to moves I can do lying down, resistance and toning through pulses and bodyweight. Really into old-school workout styles, borrowing or tweaking things pulled from vintage fitness books. One specific method stands out as a favorite, the one I leaned on to get in shape for a wedding after breaking my leg and needing crutches to stand (the book dates back to the 80s, though updated video versions are easy to find now).
