BPC/TB for knee issues - input?

Hey all,

About to start a combined BPC157/TB500 trial to try to fix my knee. I've been running another compound for about 2 months now and it's already helped a ton, but I got a good deal on some vials of this stuff. Looking at a 10-12 week run, with dosage recommendations of 300-750 mcg of each per day, split into two doses.

I've got some questions:
- Any tips on the right dosage? I'm around 220 lbs / 100 kg.
- Is there a good reason to do two shots a day? Any downside to doing just one?
- How long before you noticed results?

My plan right now is 500 mcg of each per day to start. Let me know your thoughts.

The typical protocol is to use 2-3x the amount of TB-500 compared to BPC. My usual is 15 units of TB-500 to 5 units of BPC. My dose schedule is 1mg TB-500/.33mg BPC 3 times per week. I started with 500mcg each daily a year ago. Now I can't imagine life without it.

I'm in the same situation! I injured my knee a while back, and I have a kit of the same TB/BPC combo sitting waiting for me. I think I'll give it a go starting today, and if it seems promising, I'll grab an injector pen. Good luck!

I've had good results with 500mcg of each, once a day. I take it before bed, and I think it makes me sleep better. Could be a placebo effect, though.

I was surprised how fast it worked. I had some dental surgery, and the BPC/TB made the pain go away and the tissue healed in about 3 days. Usually, that would take at least a week. It was amazing.

I also have bad tendinitis in my shoulder, and nothing will fix that. But it definitely feels better when I'm taking bpc/tb.

I hope that helps!

For general immune support, I've experimented with thymosin alpha-1. Dosages ranged from 0.5mg to 1.7mg every other day. I noticed an increase in Lymphocytes, but it's hard to say if that was from the thymosin itself or just from an infection. It didn't eliminate my headaches, but it might have reduced my throat irritation. I also seemed to have more allergic reactions, like shortness of breath. Probiotics can also be a good option to boost immunity. Look for a multi-strain option with a protective coating to survive stomach acid.

Interesting. I'll try the before bed approach and see if it helps with sleep.

I've heard about people experimenting with Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 w/o DAC. Some folks dose around 100-200mcg of Ipamorelin and 100mcg of CJC pre-workout and before bed. Some users report strength gains and better workouts. Apparently, some people get very vivid dreams.

I've found that a good probiotic can do wonders for overall health and, by extension, your immune system. Just eating lots of probiotic foods can be a good first step, then maybe some capsules.
