Brain Boosting Protocol?

You're right about the Chinese powders. Not the same as the Russian stuff. I bet Bredesen knows a lot about peptides, but as a doctor, he can't officially recommend them without potential issues. There are just too many promising ones for him not to be aware, in my opinion.

I haven't noticed anything, honestly. I've been on it for about 2 weeks, but I need to stop soon because I'm having a procedure. I didn't have any side effects, which is good considering the other drugs I take. I tried to check for interactions first and took 7.5mg three times a day to space it out. I'll buy more next time and try it for longer. I think the max dose is like 20-25mg a day based on what I read.

I took my first 10mg CerebroBoost tablet today.

I didn't get much sleep and was tired when I worked with the horses at the ranch. I don't know if it boosted my focus or if it was placebo. But I didn't feel drained or distracted. I plan on taking it for 5 days straight and then take a few days off and see if I notice anything.

Well, at 10mg for 4 days, it wasn't a huge change. I did see an improvement in memory recall. I tried to memorize words and numbers before the CerebroBoost and got about half right after 15 mins. After I got most of them correct. Some old childhood memories came back too. No bad side effects at 10mg...my concentration was good, but not in a crazy way.
On the 5th day, I had a tournament. So I doubled the dose to 20mg. I didn't notice much improvement in focus or memory. But, I had some bad dreams that night.

I just started CJC with Ipamorelin about a month ago. I'm already on TRT and was hoping to see some fat loss from the CJC, but nothing yet, just some water retention. Hopefully it will work!

Do you inject every day, or take weekends off?

I usually take it every night, but one night a week I skip it. It's supposed to be most effective when you're sleeping and haven't eaten carbs for 90 minutes before. I get lab work done every 3 months, including a growth hormone level.

I've read that timing is important with peptides. You need an empty stomach, and you shouldn't eat for an hour after taking them. Have you had your IGF-1 level checked?

Gonna need links to those science papers. Science says 2mg is the dose for HIV patients—nothing about healthy people. Desensitization after 26 weeks doesn't mean the drug stopped working. VAT fat reduction stayed stable at 52 weeks. And anyone talking dose without mentioning IGF-1 levels doesn't really get how this works.

These chats are louder on horror stories than the no-side-effect people. My brother and I are at 15mg with nothing but constipation — my fault for not drinking enough water. Daughter and sister on 5mg with zero issues. Millions are on this and I bet the nightmare stories are 1% of users.

Been on this med almost 2.5 years and I still love food. Only thing that wrecks me is pork ribs—gives me awful burps and puking, no clue why my stomach won't digest them. Everything else? Fair game in moderation. Down 126 lbs, holding 15mg. A1C's in the 4s.
