Broke into the 200s after ages!

That's absolutely fantastic, keep up the great effort! I just hit a similar milestone... SW: around 355, CW: 285.
 
I'm about to crack 250 on my prescribed medication (down around 30 pounds in about 14 weeks!). I can relate to how exciting it is when you see numbers you thought were impossible again, right?

It’s crazy, isn't it? Congrats on getting under 300! I hope everything works out well for you going forward.
 
I'm trying to incorporate weight lifting into my routine now. Any advice on how to start? I've been focusing on diet and the medication, but I know I need to build muscle. I saw someone mention low carb high protein too, is that something that helped you

Just remember slow and steady wins the race! I'm down about 70lbs in maybe 7 months. Weighing and tracking all food and maintaining a calorie deficit is key. Don't get discouraged by plateaus!
