At last, I'm seeing a 2 as the first digit! It's been over 2 decades. Started at 368, got down to 299 today! Aiming for 260.

What did you use to lose the weight? Semaglutide, tirzepatide, something else?

Tirzepatide. Nothing else changed. Progress has been at a reasonable pace. Was stuck on 7.5mg for quite some time, went up and started losing again. Looking back, I probably should have increased the dose sooner.

I can only imagine! I've been on sema for about 6 months and down around 20. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
