Been working on this since spring, started around 270 and finally saw a number under 200 on the scale this morning. Still got a ways to go, but it's a big step. Having the telehealth support from Zippy has been key, especially when I felt like giving up. So thankful right now.

Congrats! I went from 200 to 135 but it took a whole year! Which is fine, I don't even drink water. Now I need to work out a maintenance dose! I'm too old to lose more without looking frail.

Do you feel a million times better? I remember groaning just trying to get out of bed! I never want to be that heavy again! Keep it up!

I'm so discouraged. I'm not getting results like everyone else :(

Don't get discouraged, some people see faster results than others. Are you tracking calories and macros? Make sure you're getting enough protein.

Makes sense—it's pretty common with weight loss. As fat shrinks it gets softer, almost jelly-like before your skin tightens up. That's basically the transition phase where fat's dropping but skin hasn't caught up. Hydration, glycogen changes, even inflammation can shift how it feels day to day. Not a bad sign at all—usually means progress.
