I've been on ozempic six months (zero weight loss, yet I can't eat half an apple without feeling full) and if I really eat much beyond a sandwich in a day I get intense sulfur burps, and old food comes up as well. Bad heartburn. My pee smells so awful I can't handle it. I can't drink anything since I'm never thirsty. I've also been on 1mg for four weeks.
 
No answer for you, but sulphur burps appeared for the first time ever after I added .6 mg Survo. Nearly a year on Tirz and not a single one. Something about glucagon, maybe? Sorry, I replied with a question lol.
