Cagri from Amo - anyone else trying it?

I'm just gonna log my journey with this since it's new. Started it today for my research subject.

Background: My subject has been on 12.5 mg of split tirz every 3-4 days for about 10 weeks.

History: Tirz started end of Dec '23. No other GLP-1s were used before. My subject has tried name brand, custom mixed, and another L60 product. Zero side stuff, no shot pain, no site problems, no allergic stuff for anything.

Product info: This stuff was shipped from TX around Sept 9th. The powder looked mostly good with just a tiny bit broken. It was sealed and dissolved super fast. Used standard BAC 1.5 ml and filtered. Made it 3.3mg/ml. pH came out to 6 after filtering.

Starting cagrilintide research: 0.3 mg weekly (9 units) 2 days after a tirz dose. First shot was this evening. No pain, site issues, or allergic stuff. I'll post how well it's working after a week.

Woah, thanks for sharing! I got the same stuff from the same place around the same time. Really interested in your experience! I should be trying mine next week. I started Tirz late Dec '23 and didn't go past 5mg and now I'm where I wanna be. I started Cagri at .125 and didn't notice anything so I did .125 more after a few days and still nothing really. The vial was delayed in the mail, so I tossed it thinking maybe it got too warm or something. I'm at .7 with a different supplier's product now. Just curious about this stuff to see if it burns. I'm gonna filter it too. Keep us updated!

Anyone try their Reta? I switched over from 5mg of T to 1.5mg of R (been two weeks) and I'm not sure if I'm feeling anything.

I guess the only way to really know is to stop for two weeks and then start the R back up.

I'm using Amo Reta. It's been working well for me. I'm at 4mg a week.

I also have their Cagri but I'm gonna save it for when I stop losing weight after I up my dose a bit.

Makes sense, probably 'cause I just started and my dose is small.

Cagri from them worked for me right away at .3mg, and it helps a lot with not being so hungry until the Reta starts to do its job.

Shouldn't the solution with cargi be acidic?

Yeah, optimally the pH should be like 4-5. Mine was at 6, so it might not last as long, but I'm only using it for a month and keeping it cold. I'm not too worried about it, and I don't want to mess with trying to make it more acidic since it probably won't help much. Maybe if I wasn't also taking 12.5 mg of tirz, I'd worry more.

UPDATE: Wow, appetite is way down! Started like 24 hours after the injection. I'm not feeling sick, or tired, or anything bad. But I just don't care about food. I think I'm just lucky, because I've never had any bad stuff from any of my tirz doses (from anywhere), and now this cagri. I'm gonna keep doing the 0.3mg dose weekly, two days after a tirz injection and see how it goes. I'm liking this so far.

I finally mixed my Amo stuff from Sept 13th using 2.5ml of standard BAC. Filtered it into a fresh vial and did .7 last Monday and .8 this past Monday. No burn at all. I think it's worth filtering just to get it out of that vial anyway!

I think it's just 'cause cagri doses are small, so more water makes it easier to measure on a syringe. I could be wrong though.

I was doing 50 units of Mounjaro, then 50 units of the other stuff. The most Cagri I'll probably take is 1mg so that's 50 units too. I also figured that if it did sting, a more diluted solution might help.

Multiple folks have mentioned Amo's version works well. How far along are you in the titration schedule, and what doses are you planning?

Everyone's progress looks different whether it's five or thirty-five pounds. Shouldn't discourage anyone on their path to better health. Grateful for the support here.
