Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
seconding reta + cagri. reta alone wasnt tamping the hunger the way tirz did, but cagri added in fixes that. the energy piece is usually still an adjustment but the food noise going away makes a real difference. how long have you been on the tirz, and are you planning to keep that going alongside?

Hadn't come across this kind of reaction to Cagrilintide before. Appreciate you sharing.

Been reading through most threads covering Eloralintide and Cagrilintide just in case those two current medications of mine eventually stop delivering. Would be genuinely frustrating in your position. Sounds unsettling.

Has anyone else dealt with serious exhaustion on Reta? Spent a full year on Tirz and hit all my weight goals there. Switched over to Reta hoping for extra fat-burning, ran 1.5mg weekly for three weeks straight. Wiped out completely. Circled back onto Tirz to recover for four weeks, then gave Reta another three-week attempt. Ended up needing two naps daily just to function. Sleep habits are solid, B vitamins are good, D's running a touch low though I'm addressing it, iron's low too and I'm supplementing since red meat isn't part of my diet. On daily creatine, sublingual NMN, nasal NAD+, and NAC, plus CoQ10. Figured Semax might give me a boost, instead it knocked me out. Gave MOT-C three separate tries, hoped to save it strictly for training days, but I'm barely making it to the gym these days given how drained I feel. Getting a full eight hours overnight plus another nap in the afternoon. Eat plenty and on a regular schedule, snacks included, no calorie cutting or skipped meals involved. 55 years old, five years into HRT pellets. Energy's never dropped this low before and I've run out of ideas to fix it.
