Cagri with my Reta - good idea?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been on reta for close to a year now. Currently at a moderate weekly amount, was higher before but side effects got to be too much. Started in the low 200s, dropped a solid chunk over about half a year and then plateaued. So now a small amount of a second compound got added in too, and the number's held steady at a lower point since.

Feels like it dulls desire across the board a bit, food, alcohol, exercise, everything takes a small hit. But bloodwork's looking great these days and hoping for another good chunk lost before eventually stepping down both and settling at a low reta amount long term.

Then maybe with a smaller dose, energy and motivation for things will come back up to normal levels.

Though maybe not wanting to do yard work today has more to do with the heat than the medication.

Curious, has your dosage stayed fixed for over twelve months straight? I've been running the identical reta amount for nine weeks now, right from when I first started, sitting at 1 mg weekly. Just last week, actually, I added cagri at 266 mcg. And weirdly enough, that same reta dose seems to be hitting harder now compared to when I first began. Suspect the same pattern will play out with cagri eventually too. So I'm pairing cagri alongside reta, but my guess is the effect won't fade over time. Doesn't seem like the body actually builds tolerance to this. Haven't come across anything in published research confirming that either way. But clearly this differs a lot from person to person.
