Cagrillintide: How Fast Does It Work?

I'm curious to know how quickly cagrillintide starts curbing appetite. Also, has anyone here used it solo and what were your experiences?

When I first tried 0.25mg, I wasn't hungry for almost 48 hours. Some people need way more, like 1mg or even twice that, to feel anything. It's all individual, so you gotta experiment to see what works for you.

Basically, start with a small dose, but don't be afraid to increase it gradually if you're not seeing results. Just because some people like started-from-scratch are super sensitive to even tiny amounts doesn't mean you will be. You might actually need a real dose to get the desired effect.

I started at 0.3mg and increased by 0.1mg each month til I got to 0.7mg, which is where I've stayed for the past four months. For me, it's the most powerful peptide for losing weight. Initially, when I jumped from 0.4mg to 0.7mg, I could barely function for a week. I'd get home from work and crash immediately, neglecting everything else. Now, it's the weight-loss peptide with the fewest side effects for me.

Yeah, definitely ease into it. Some folks react strongly. You can always increase the dose. I think there's someone here taking a huge amount like 3mg per week. I personally started with just a tiny fraction of what started-from-scratch used (0.125mg), but I ended up giving it away. The side effects weren't worth it for me, especially since I wasn't losing any extra weight. Most people just experience reduced appetite and maybe some nausea.

I began with 0.13mg weekly, about six months ago. When trying new peptides, I often start with a mere 10% dose to gauge tolerance. Appetite suppression began within days. Even at 0.13mg, I was quite nauseated for several weeks. It lessened over time, but lingered. I discontinued three weeks ago; I was at 0.9mg weekly. I recently enjoyed a burger, which tasted great. While on Cagri, I couldn't tolerate many smells, like beef. It suppressed my appetite, but unpleasantly for me, as I rarely experience nausea.

They tested doses as high as 4.5mg in trials. If a small dose works for you, great! Start there. But I'm not sure where the idea that people should expect to stay below 1mg outside of titration came from.

As a starting dose? The study I saw started with 0.25mg each of sema and cagri. I started even lower because I'm sensitive and was already on a higher sema dose. They may have gone up to 4.5mg eventually, but they began significantly lower. And reports here show a wide range of tolerances. I wasn't saying to stay small, but to start small and see how you feel.

It probably has to do with price too. It wasn't cheap for something most people use to boost other meds.

I've had no negative effects from Cagri and been on it for 10 months. At 1mg Cagri, I noticed my 5mg Tirz appetite suppression lasting through days 5 and 6, but saw no difference before that. I thought I had bad product, but 3 different vendors yielded the same non result. Now I'm at 2.2mg for the same effect without ever increasing my Tirz dose from 5mg. I've been maintaining below my target weight.

It's smart to start with the minimum dose to test tolerance with any peptide.

For sure, you'll wanna start low. Taking 4.5mg as a first dose would be a really bad idea. Sorry if I wasn't clear. I see lots of people saying, "I'm taking 500mcg of cagri and it isn't doing anything!" So, it's not crazy to get into larger doses.

I noticed it after about a day. Maybe 28 hours. They say it accumulates because the half-life is over a week. I took it for about 3 weeks until I broke my plateau, then went back to just tirz.

It seems like many people are scared of building up tolerance too fast. But they are also concerned that their body might be too sensitive to increase the titration. It's catastrophizing in both directions, really.

I started at 250mcg for about a month with absolutely no effects. Bumping it to 500mcg this week and I think it's working perfectly for me now

Same here. Been at 500mcg for a few weeks and suppression is working well, but I still eat, just really small portions. No problems to report. I inject once a week in the evening a couple hours before bed.

I just made the mistake of doing 1mg with my Triz two days ago. Wanna guess when the last time I ate anything was???

Real Cargi is strong. Start low and go up gradually. Because taking it back requires days of regret.
