CagriSema flop?

Greek yogurt with protein powder, creatine, chia, raspberries, nuts at 7:45am. Lunch around 1: chicken wrap or beef with sweet potato. Dinner 7ish: steak, salmon, or chicken with sweet potato and veg. These work for my macros on mounjaro. Without it for a bit, I still aim for them but snack like I'm eating 500 kit-kats between meals.
 
These meds slow your digestion way down. If you can't handle dairy, it's gonna sit in your system longer and make it worse. Or your body's just reacting to the dose bump.
