CagriSema for weight maintenance?

I inject 10mg of Tirzepatide weekly and I've been shedding pounds. In about 10-12 weeks I anticipate hitting my goal weight. Then the fun begins - maintaining that weight. I've been researching CagriSema as a possible long-term approach. I've looked throughout the forum and can't find any discussions about CagriSema for maintenance. Other places suggest a 1 mg Cagri / 1 mg Sema dose for keeping the weight off. The drugs' half-lives are a little different. Anyone have experience with this? I see pre-mixed CagriSema for sale, and injecting from one vial seems easier, but using separate vials of Cagrilintide and Semaglutide would give more control over dosing. Thoughts?

Like I said, I was thinking of switching simply because I wanted to try something new - the magpie effect. If I ever started a peptide company, MagpiePeptides would be a great name. Themes could be birds. Magpie, Pica, Robin, Crow, Nest, Feather... Well, I guess I don't have a future in naming peptide companies. I'll stay with the tirzepatide.

I saw someone mention that they've been maintaining their weight loss for almost a year now injecting semaglutide once every three weeks. That sounds promising.

I've been reading about people successfully maintaining their weight loss using semaglutide. One thing I've noticed is how important it is to stay consistent with diet and exercise, even after reaching your goal weight. Maintaining is just as important as losing!

That's encouraging to hear. Once every 21 days would be amazing. I'll aim for that!

Important question about these meds giving us new obstacles. Main reason I'm on a glp-1 is counting calories makes me obsess unhealthily and damages my mind. Risk of eating disorder. Losing is simple now and doesn't stress me but moving to maintenance worries me-might create different unhealthy patterns. No body image issues, just how I process goal-setting with numbers.

Water weight could definitely be it. Ive heard similar things about initial stalls. Sounds like youre staying consistent with everything that matters: sleep, intake, training, hydration. Stick with it, the plateau should break.

Agree life journey journey hackneyed eye rolling. Year tirz 90 shed confident loss concluded, journey continues different adjective. Transition maintenance cannot describe liberation, joy, hope. Fixation weight back seat, bigger goals. World larger, expanded self relation beyond, scale. Awesome.
