Can I dose tirz every 5 days?

sounds like they're about to roll out those fixed-dose pens they use over here where you just push and go, no counting clicks, no choosing how much, just the whole thing.

5-day interval works for many people - the half-life supports it. Some split the weekly dose into two smaller shots for a smoother trough. What you're describing is a standard variation, not an unusual one.

Some days I just want to sleep all day. Other days I feel like I could run through a wall. Really just depends on what that particular day decides to throw at you.

5-day cycle works for some when end-of-week appetite return is noticeable. Tighter timing means higher average blood level. Start at the same dose you were on and adjust from there.

Yep, should be totally fine. The pen's got safeguards - you'd have to actually pull the mechanism up and push the button again on purpose to get a second dose. Hard to mess that up by accident.

Dosing on day 5 when suppression has dropped is the right call - the 7-day interval is a starting label, not a ceiling. If your hunger returns on day 5 consistently, that's your half-life telling you where the floor is.

Every 5 days on tirz is a workable split - the half-life covers it and some people find the tighter interval smooths the hunger cycle better. Reconstituted tirz at 90 days stored cold is usually fine, though fresh is always cleaner.

60-day cycles make sense for compounds where the full effect builds gradually - individual response variance on dilution and schedule is wider than most people expect going in.

The 3mg sleep disruption is something a lot of people hit - suppression that strong tends to shift energy enough to disrupt sleep. Finding a cruise dose below the ceiling is the practical answer; 1-1.5mg getting results without the disruption is exactly right.
