Can't believe how good I feel!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Yes, completely agree! Eighteen months into Mounjaro and my A1C's gone from 11 down to 5. Weight came off too, but honestly the diabetes improvement means more to me than the number on the scale.

On the other hand, I've honestly never felt better since starting MJ. Dealing with PCOS meant my hormones were completely out of whack, wild mood swings, thick brain fog, plus never being able to shed weight no matter what and feeling awful constantly. Once mounjaro entered the picture, everything changed. My mood evened out, energy's improved (mostly, there are still occasional exhausted days), still carrying extra weight but for once I'm actually able to lose any at all.

Not trying to invalidate anyone else's story, this is purely what worked for me, and everyone's path looks different. Was nervous starting a glp1 given how scary some side effect stories sounded, but genuinely relieved I went through with it.

Coming up on a full year on Mounjaro and only felt nauseous a single time. For every rough experience posted here about MJ, there's dozens of good ones too. I've lost 70 pounds and my a1c sits at 5 now. Keep your chin up, you'll get there!
