Dealt with IBS-D or some kind of digestive issue years back. Honestly never got a clear diagnosis, my GI specialist just settled on calling it IBS-D in 2020 since we couldn't pin down the actual cause. Plenty of trigger foods back then.
Managed to get it mostly under control over roughly twelve months before starting the second compound. Also have PCOS and my inflammation markers run consistently high. Between April and September last year I barely had flares, and when I did they were mild. Then starting around September I'd get an occasional bad flare, maybe once every month or two.
Started the second compound this past February and now I'm dealing with the opposite problem, constipation
Had two flares, but one followed a really rough steak and the other some greasy takeout. Clearly my own fault. Both meals landed on a Saturday, with my injection day being Monday. Otherwise I've been eating my old trigger foods without issue, even the occasional fried meal.
Remember being part of an IBS community here where tons of people said the second compound basically eliminated their symptoms entirely. That's exactly why I specifically wanted this one and waited two to three years since first asking about this drug class for that purpose before it finally started
