Celebrating progress!

Hey everyone,

My journey kicked off last December. I was at my heaviest, around 335 lbs, and feeling terrible. By mid-May, I'd managed to drop to 300 lbs, and that's when I started on Mounjaro.

Now, I'm down to 235!!! That's a whopping 100 lbs gone this year! I don't think I've weighed this little since middle school back in the 90s. All my previous meds? Gone for months! And my energy levels are like they were 15 years ago!

Weight loss has slowed lately, but it's still happening. My goal is 210 lbs!!! I'm so close!!! Plus, today's my 10th week on 10mg.

Good for you, my friend!

I started January 1 and have dropped 85 of 90. I’m at 174 now from 259, but my body looks very similar to yours.

The last few pounds have been TOUGH. It's like my body is saying, enough already.

I was thinking of trying for another 15 lbs, but I don’t think it’s going to happen.

Keep going. But celebrate what you've done. It's huge.

Wow, that’s amazing. I'm so unhappy with how I look right now, which is why I started Mounjaro this week. Hoping I can reach my goal. Did you do any workouts? What did you eat?

Hey Belly-B-Gone, it's great you're starting your journey! Remember that consistency is key. For workouts, even walking 30 minutes a day can make a difference. Diet-wise, focus on whole foods, lean proteins, and plenty of veggies. Don't be afraid to ask for help from a nutritionist or trainer if you need it!

For anyone experiencing rapid weight loss like someone mentioned earlier, it’s important to monitor your calorie and protein intake. Sudden drops can sometimes indicate underlying issues, so it's always best to consult with your doctor if you have concerns.

Hey folks, thanks for the support! To answer Belly-B-Gone's question, I did start incorporating light exercises like walking and some bodyweight stuff. Nothing crazy. Diet-wise, I just focused on eating smaller portions and making healthier choices, like more protein and less processed food. It's a journey, not a race!

Seeing all this progress is really motivating. I've been plateauing for a few weeks now, but I'm not giving up yet. Maybe I'll try mixing up my workout routine and see if that helps.
