Changing my stack from Tirz + Reta to...

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Thinking about swapping tirz out for sema. Reta's been treating me really well so far, currently running 8.5mg tirz alongside 4mg reta. Kind of want to shift focus toward reta while scaling the tirz down. Got me wondering though, since sema delivers more of one hormone pathway than either of the others, and reta covers more of the second pathway than tirz does, wouldn't dropping tirz entirely and sticking with reta just make more financial sense? Already getting full coverage through reta, so tossing in a small dose of sema for extra fullness feels like the easier fix. Sema's dirt cheap too, kits go for around fifty bucks. Any reason this wouldn't work?

Adding another vote for switching to the alternate compound. Made that same move due to elevated resting heart rate on the previous one. That alternate compound tends to outperform the other option and sources more easily too. Heart rate normalized within a month of switching.

Genuine question, why would anyone in mid twenty twenty six pick Sema over Tirz?

Running Reta and Sema myself mostly out of curiosity since I have already done Tirz.

First Sema dose was point two five mg, decided that was too much and dropped to point one two five twice weekly, alongside nine mg of Reta twice a week.

Worth noting one particular medication through a certain provider costs only slightly more, around 500 for three months. For anyone with significant weight to lose, that route might make more sense than the alternative.

Worth looking at pairing Cagri with Reta instead of going the Sema route. Haven't tried it personally since my Tirz plus Reta combo's working great, but I've seen plenty of people say it's seriously effective.
