Cheat codes for Ozempic?

On a brighter note, I hit my out-of-pocket max already this year! Free healthcare for the rest of the year! Woohoo! Of course, it means I spent a fortune... but silver linings, right?
 
Used both. Tirz is way better for me — fewer side effects, way more effective. Quit sema because it tanked me and didn't move the scale. Been off a year so can't compare switching directly. Price is rough, but worth the investment in my biggest health lever.
