When I've been trying to drop some weight in the past, I'd always pencil in a 'treat' day where I'd grab a burger or two and some fries, or maybe a big Italian dip sandwich. That'd be my carb overload for the week.
So, I've been battling a stomach thing for a few days now and finally felt better today. I swung by for a big beef sandwich. Boy, did I mess up! I felt like I consumed an entire bakery washed down with a gallon of cream! Yuck! Treat days are supposed to be, well, a treat. Not this time!
Anyone else still do the cheat meal thing? What does it look like for you?
