Being a choir director means tons of candid shots pop up online, particularly of my posterior! Check out the difference between our spring concert and the recent fall performance. I've had so many parents and students remark on my transformation!

Congrats on your journey! I've been on this for about a year, and it's been a game changer. The biggest thing for me is the lack of constant thoughts about food. I'm really glad I started with it.

That's awesome! I'm getting similar comments from friends. They keep saying how good I look and congratulating me on 'all my hard work'. It feels kinda weird because all I did was take the medication!

A year is huge! I think that's when it becomes a real habit.

It's amazing what a few months can do! I started last summer around 210, and eating healthier did nothing! Diagnosed with PCOS, and then everything made sense. I'm down 20 lbs now and feel amazing.

Even your feet look thinner!
