CJC/IPA and Tesa/IPA - Anyone else?

Started on CJC/IPA at 0.25/0.25 for 2 weeks then switched because of all the buzz around Tesa. Been on that for 2 weeks now. Week 1 was 1/0.33, week 2 went to 1.5/0.5. The water retention got to me so I'm back down to 1/0.33 as of yesterday. Definitely seeing changes in my midsection which is where I always carry it. Curious what the next month brings.

What made you decide to blend a little CJC into your Tesa mix?

Interested in what people have found with that combo. Planning to start soon and keen to hear what doses work, how the schedule goes, impacts on sleep, any changes to muscle, that sort of thing.

Ipa's ghrelin mechanism is why it hits hunger harder than CJC does. Pinning in the morning when you're already planning a meal is the cleaner approach. If you're stacking CJC for the growth hormone pulse, the hunger spike is the tradeoff - most people accept it or time around it.

Stacking tesa after CJC/ipa tracks with standard cycling to avoid receptor downregulation. Three months is the right window.

The secretagogue vs HGH comparison shifts on what you're optimizing for - secretagogues preserve pulsatile release but produce modest GH compared to exogenous, especially at typical long-run doses. The tesa cost problem is real - most people end up cycling it rather than running it as a permanent component.

The 6-8 week IGF retest cadence is the right approach for dialing in GH peptide stacks - it accounts for the lag between dose adjustment and systemic response. Tesa tends to push IGF harder than CJC at equivalent doses, so the step-up from CJC to Tesa often shows up clearly in the numbers.
