Coffee hits different on Ozempic?

I find if I nibble almonds or protein bar bits the nausea clears. Problem is it hits right after intense lifting. Trying different pre-workout options to dial it in.
 
On Ozempic 0.50 and my hair's thinning bad. Had naturally thick hair, now my ponytail freaks me out. Prenatal vitamins + biotin for 4 months, nothing. Any wins out there?
 
I was big on Coke Zero too and totally lost interest almost instantly. Loosened up lately and grab one occasionally but it's gone as a habit. Coffee was 1-2 cups daily before ozempic - rarely touch it now.
 
Coffee suppressing appetite into the afternoon is a real baseline effect - Ozempic amplifies it significantly for most people, especially in the first few weeks.
