Coffee hits different on Ozempic?

Guys, please make sure you're still eating enough. This medication isn't supposed to be a way to starve yourself. Focus on healthy foods, even if you're eating less. Depriving your body of fuel will only make you feel worse in the long run.
 
I find if I nibble almonds or protein bar bits the nausea clears. Problem is it hits right after intense lifting. Trying different pre-workout options to dial it in.
 
On Ozempic 0.50 and my hair's thinning bad. Had naturally thick hair, now my ponytail freaks me out. Prenatal vitamins + biotin for 4 months, nothing. Any wins out there?
