Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

My annual wellness visit is coming up and she'll definitely order blood work. Besides the tests you mentioned, what else should I ask for? She didn't prescribe my GLP meds so I'm not sure whether to tell her I'm on Tirz.
 
packed everything except my shot for a trip. was supposed to do it today and again next thursday. never gone past a week except when i had surgery. what should i expect?
 
Almost a year on Wegovy, lost 60 pounds plus 20 before that. Getting compliments about 'melting away' but it's weird because I'm still 35 pounds from a healthy BMI and I never really had a problem with myself. Health-wise I have to lose weight but the mental side is harder. Anyone else struggling with this part?
 
6 months on ozempic, 3 at 1mg. nothing. no weight loss, no sides, gym 5x a week and clean diet. just stopped this week—paying out of pocket. unlucky i guess. but you're early, keep going.
 
Same here - stopped about 11 months ago, was at 2mg. Started at 199, got to 130, now sitting around 140-145 which honestly feels right given how much muscle I've added with strength training. I focus on how my clothes fit more than the scale number now.
 
Three years from .25 all the way up and then having it stop working is a hard journey. The switch to Mounjaro not adding much after that is useful to share here - it helps people understand that sometimes the mechanism change does not land the way you hoped. What ended up working for you after that?

Dealt with significant hair loss along with severe anxiety developing. That said, dropped a lot of weight too. Everyone responds differently to this medication class, but those two side effects specifically were enough to make me stop. Your experience may vary.
