Coming off GLP-1s: Success!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Congrats! What an amazing achievement you've earned. You worked hard and deserve all the good coming your way. Keep going and hold the faith. Good luck staying successful.

Coming off with maintained results is the goal the medication is supposed to set up, not the exception - the people who transition off successfully are typically the ones where appetite recalibration and portion habits locked in during the treatment window.

Went through this myself a few months back. Brought it up with my doctor and we jointly decided stopping made sense. Stuck with it four months, barely any weight came off, constant exhaustion, and I couldn't find joy in a single thing.

How long were you actually on it? And now that you've been off a while, how did that transition go? Did you also make major lifestyle changes like exercising more? Seeing solid results myself, but it's mostly from reduced appetite, and I'm worried the hunger comes roaring back the moment I stop.
