Compounded Tirz...safe?

I'm almost ashamed of how much compounded stuff I bought. Now that I'm using the good stuff, my wallet is breathing again. Those other forums have crazy before/after pics, but the people are so...intense. This place is way more laid-back and smarter. Never going back to compounded.

Is it even a real compounding place? Did they say where they got it? There are so many scammers out there. Maybe it was just a fake seller.

According to one analytical lab website: A beyond-use date (BUD) is the date after which a compounded medication, sterile or not, shouldn't be used, based on the mixing date/time.

Drugs.com says: 'Pharmacies put 'do not use after...' dates on prescriptions. Many states require these dates, usually a year from when it's filled.'

The Fill Date is when the pharmacy gives the medication to the patient.

Most compounding pharmacies don't mix the meds until they get the order.

I agree 100% with SteadyOnSema. The safety and efficacy of compounded GLP-1s are simply not comparable to FDA-approved medications. The lack of rigorous quality control is a serious concern.

Been reading a lot about this issue. The Obesity Society had a whole discussion on compounded GLP-1s this year. Seems like the experts are worried about access to safe, approved drugs.

Thinking about going back to compounded stuff to save some cash, but then I remember...nope! Nope nope nope! 😅🤣😂

Same here. I almost convinced myself it was worth it but then I read a bunch of horror stories online. No way.
