Compounding Pharm Pricing?

I keep hearing bad stuff about Slimdown and the owner. He supposedly revealed someone's personal info on the Slimdown group page. Some people got upset. I've also read they water down the product. Research them on social groups.

I have, I do. SO MUCH DRAMA that doesn't interest me. I did one pharmacy then another. All the tirz work the same. When it doesn't, it's usually my body. Now grey is next.

Look on Reddit. You can research every provider and the pharmacies they use. You can find every pricing on their websites. There is so much info available. But getting a single injection from these pharmacies is unusual. The tirz comes in pre-mixed vials. If you're on the regular dose, a 5mg vial gives 4 5mg injections. If you're on 10mg, a 10mg vial gives 4 10mg shots and lasts a month.

Forget the pop-up providers. If you use a compound pharmacy, have your PCP send a script to the pharmacy directly. It will be cheaper. Mine sends to a tiny 503A one and I'm ok with it.

My PCP is with a local 503a which charges more than the big players. I showed her the pricing and she can't send it anywhere else because of her 'network'. She said to keep doing what I'm doing and update her records. It seems PCP networks are just money-making schemes...

Oh damn! I saw that drama, but didn't realize he doxxed anyone? Did he share a patient's real name/address or something? I saw the thing with Stairmaster1 but didn't think that was full doxx.

Crazy! I didn't know about any doxing, I stopped reading. But a test was done and all was good. I don't know what started the drama - maybe the pharmacy wouldn't post their test?

I only saw screenshots of a private conversation on Reddit. People were yelling HIPAA violation but it was customer-business owner, not doctor-patient. No real names were in it.

But holy crap. I missed the Google maps part. That's...

People connect to their Pharmacy. For $400-$700 a month, they just do. The pharmacy owner charms people into thinking he cares so deeply...

I saw this from the other forum:

Does anyone know roughly what a compounding pharmacy bills for tirzepatide? Like if someone takes 12mg weekly, what would a single dose set them back?
There's an interesting discussion about the rise in compounded versions when there are safe, FDA-approved meds already available. I wonder the same thing. Why not just get the real stuff? Seems like some of this is fueled by Eli Lilly, honestly.

I've heard good things about APS Pharmacy for other stuff. Someone on the other forum said they've been using them for years for various things and toured their facilities and was impressed. Might be worth checking out!

Because it's cheaper! I was paying $600/month to my doctor, and now I'm seeing other prices that are way less! I need to find a new source.
