Hi everyone,
I'm 30 and feeling totally drained. It's like I'm running on empty all the time. I wake up feeling like I haven't slept, and I'm dragging myself through the day. By evening, I'm just completely done, even when I have not done very much. I've tried getting more sleep, but it does not seem to help. I even cut out caffeine late in the day. I'm eating better, but I still feel terrible. It's not like I'm under a lot of stress or anything. I was wondering if I'm missing some key nutrients or if maybe my GLP-1 balance is off, which is messing with my hunger, how fast I burn calories, and my energy levels. I've heard people talking about how to naturally help GLP-1 for more stable blood sugar and to avoid those energy crashes.
Has anyone else been waking up every day feeling tired and found help with GLP-1 support supplements or stuff like that, or did you have to make changes to your life?
