people saying it's 'cheating.' What's that even mean? Are we competing at being healthy now?

The only person I'm competing with is myself! I see it as using a tool to level the playing field. My doc thinks I have some kind of deficiency or genetic thing going on. I've been working *hard* to manage my health, and now it's finally clicking.
