Couples who slim together...

It's been incredible seeing how much weight loss with tirzepatide has transformed my relationship! I've dropped about 60 pounds (5'10", started at 240, now 180), and he's down around 25 (6'0", started at 200, now 175) just by changing his diet a bit. Instead of lazy weekends with unhealthy food, we actually hit the gym together on Saturdays! Our confidence levels are way up, and the increased activity has helped our moods, so we're both just generally happier. Just wanted to share a success story and remind everyone that getting healthier can have a HUGE impact beyond just the scale!

Awesome! My partner and I are both on Zepbound too. I'm down almost 40, and she's lost about 15. It's so motivating to do it together!

You guys look great! I'm almost the same height as you, just an inch shorter. How long were you on tirz before you lost all that weight? Congrats!

Way to go! It so much easier to stick to it when your partner is in it with you. Love to see it!

Congratulations on your weight loss success! I am starting Zepbound soon and I have about 60 pounds to lose. What dosage are you using and how long did it take you to lose the weight?

Thanks everyone for the love! To answer Carb_Story's question, I started at 2.5mg and slowly went up to 10mg over about 5 months. The weight came off pretty steadily, but I also made changes to my diet and exercise routine.

It's so great to see couples supporting each other on this journey. I've been on semaglutide for about 6 months and have lost around 20 pounds. It's definitely a process, but so worth it. Consistency is key!

I agree that it's easier with a partner. I'm seeing progress since October. It's now May, and I'm down from nearly 200 to around 150!

So true! It's about so much more than just the numbers.

That's interesting how differently people react to the medication. I wonder if it's hormones, metabolism, or just individual variation. Congrats on the success!
