Crazy appetite suppression?!

Bridging from Tirz to Reta and expecting to come back to Tirz is actually a useful long-term framing. The combination of Tirz and Reta for the suppression in the OP makes sense especially if they found either one alone not quite doing everything. What dose are you at on each right now?

Spent three months on tirz at 10mg and started gradually swapping it for reta, climbing gradually in one-milligram steps. Because everyone says it's the better option, right?
By week two the food chatter and hunger had roared back with a vengeance. Pushed through anyway, but by week four (6mg tirz plus 4mg reta) I finally reversed course. With tirz back at the 10mg level, hunger and the mental chatter around food have mostly settled down again. Sticking with tirz for the foreseeable future since dropping weight is what matters most to me here.

You mentioned no appetite suppression, does fullness still hit faster once you actually start eating? Reta barely dulls my hunger at all honestly, which I actually see as a plus, but once food's in front of me I fill up much quicker than before. My wife ran tirz and switched to reta for maintenance. According to her, tirz crushed her appetite way harder, but on reta she can eat more freely and her weight's held rock steady anyway.

Have you tried tirz at all? Could suit you better than reta if stronger appetite control is what you're after, rather than piling on another compound.
