Wow, what a difference a year makes! I definitely wasn't expecting to gain weight in '24, but I was feeling heavy and uncomfortable. Getting around was a real chore. Last night, though, I was able to get into an outfit that I hadn't been able to wear for ages!

That's a rapid initial loss! Monitor yourself for any side effects, especially dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. Rapid weight loss can sometimes exacerbate those issues.
