Cried in a store today... Happy tears!

Ran out of clean pants that aren't tights. Found jeans that were always too tight and non-stretchy. No other option so tried them. They fit comfortably now. Might've cried a little.

Without all that mental clutter it's wild. I was looking at my husband and kids thinking, is this how it is for regular people? Got emotional about that. Being proud of something you were ashamed of before is amazing. So happy for you! You're killing it!

Hey there! Do you take vitamins? What benefits are you noticing? I'm aiming to stay natural, especially for mood. Have any supplements actually helped with your anxiety or OCD stuff? Right now I'm on magnesium, D, and B1. Never got tested for deficiency before adding it. Worth a shot though. Hope your day's going well!

my doc says the big jumps in their protocols were designed for 12-month trials to hit weight goals fast. but smaller increases over time? way less side effects AND still solid weight loss. less aggressive might be smarter.

The learning curve part is something more people should talk about - the first few months on GLPs are a lot of adjustment and not always comfortable, and the payoff moments like a 2XLT fitting correctly are worth getting to. The size difference from 58 to 46 is a real milestone.
